Privacy Policy.

1.     Introduction.

(a)        Site Owner. JetPath Consulting LLC (“JetPath”) is the owner of www.jetpathconsulting.com (the “Site”). This online privacy notice discloses JetPath’s information practices for this Site, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

(b)       Site Visits. Our Site is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (“Squarespace”).  Any data you submit to us and any anonymous data about your use of the Site is or may be stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. (c)        Site Forms. At times, JetPath may request your personal information. For example, you can schedule a conversation and/or provide contact information through the Site, and when that is done JetPath may need to know your name, company name, mailing address, e-mail address, services you are interested in, and additional optional details you may provide. You can notify us at any time that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you by emailing hello@jetpathconsulting.com.

2.     Personal Information That May Be Collected.

(a)       Identifying Information. In order to schedule a conversation through the Site, JetPath will request you to provide certain personal identifiable information, which may include: name, company name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, services you are interested in, and additional optional details. JetPath may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.

(b)       Age Compliance. JetPath does not collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 18, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 18.

(c)        Links to Other Sites. The JetPath Site may contain links to other websites. JetPath is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites.

3.     Uses Made of the Information.

(a)        Limited Uses Identified. Unless stated herein, JetPath will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. JetPath uses personal identifiable information to reply to business inquiries, provide operational notices, handle concerns or questions, send newsletters, and in house record-keeping.

(b)       Communications. If you submit a request to be contacted by JetPath on the Site, JetPath will process your personal information in order to respond to you.

(c)        Marketing. JetPath may periodically send you an email newsletter about new services or other news we believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing list, please use the unsubscribe link or contact us at hello@jetpathconsulting.com.

4.     Disclosure of the Information.

(a)        Agents. JetPath may employ or engage other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of JetPath. These persons are provided with personal identifiable information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, sending invoices, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and processing payments.

(b)       Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. JetPath reserves the right to disclose to third parties information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.

(c)        Legal and Compliance. To comply with our necessary legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., civil or criminal subpoenas, court orders, and other compulsory orders), and also to investigate violations and enforce our terms, agreements or policies, JetPath releases personal identifiable information when JetPath reasonably believes it is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce JetPath agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of JetPath customers.

5.     Use of Computer Tracking Technologies or Analytics.

(a)        Cookies and Other Technologies.  Squarespace and our other service providers may use cookies (both session cookies and persistent cookies) to analyze trends, administer our Site, track your movements around our Site, better understand how you interact with our Site, determine interest in particular content and monitor aggregate usage by visitors and online traffic routing. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual and aggregated basis. You may be able to instruct your browser, by changing its settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the online services you visit. You may also remove persistent cookies by following your web browser’s help file directions. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of our Site or all functionality of our Site.  Squarespace and our other service providers may also use “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs,” or similar means in connection with our Site and HTML-formatted e-mail messages to, among other things, track the actions of users, to determine the success of marketing campaigns and to compile aggregate statistics about Site usage and response rates. This information is collected anonymously, in a manner that does not personally identify you.

(b)       Analytics Information. Squarespace uses analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our Site. We also may utilize other analytics tools.  These tools collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving our Site. We may collect and use this analytics information together with your Personal Information and compile session data from user visits to build a broader profile of our individual users so that we can serve you better.

6.     Information Security.

(a)        Commitment to Online Security. JetPath is committed to protecting your information.  We do so through the security provided by Squarespace.   Please be advised that while we strive to protect your Personal Information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

7.     GDPR and Privacy Shield

(a)        GDPR. Personal information that you submit through the Site may be transferred to countries other than where you live, such as, for example, to our servers in the U.S. We may also store personal information locally on the devices you use to access the Site. Your personal information may be transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. Through Squarespace, we rely upon a number of means to transfer personal information which is subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.  You can find a full description of those means here.

(b)       Privacy Shield.  It is our understanding that while Squarespace no longer relies upon the EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks (each individually and jointly, the “Privacy Shield”) to provide a legal basis for transfers to the US, Squarespace, Inc. has certified its compliance to the Privacy Shield, which continues to apply.  You can find more information about Squarespace’s commitment and practices here

8.     Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.

(a)        Changes to Privacy Policy. We amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will modify the date listed on this Policy and/or we may contact you. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy policy practices.

(b)       Opt-Out Right. You have the right to stop your personal information from being collected, used or disclosed by JetPath. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting JetPath via e-mail at hello@jetpathconsulting.com. After processing the cancellation, JetPath will delete your personal information from its database.

9.     Access Rights to Data.

(a)        Information Maintained by JetPath. Upon customer’s request, JetPath will provide a reasonable description of customer’s personally identifiable information that JetPath maintains in its database. JetPath can be contacted by e-mail at hello@jetpathconsulting.com.

(b)       Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help keep your personal information accurate. If your personal information has changed or if you would like to review the personal information JetPath has in its database about you, please e-mail the new information to JetPath at hello@jetpathconsulting.com. 

(c)        Your California Privacy Rights. Beginning on January 1, 2005, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of JetPath who are California residents to request certain information regarding JetPath’s disclosure of personal information for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please email hello@jetpathconsulting.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, JetPath will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. JetPath reserves its right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.

California’s privacy laws require a company to provide notice to California users of their rights to receive information on to which entities their information was shared for marketing purposes.
